Wizz Air Case Study

A presentation analyzing how can Wizz Air become the ultimate ultra low-cost travel service provider of the future. I came up with a 360° plan to enhance the customer experience during the whole travel journey – from the moment a customer thinks about traveling to the moment of arrival at the final destination by taking into account the future customer behaviours, the future of travel in general, Wizz Air’s USP and strategic tools.
